Meet your guide, Heather!

Heather Lillico

Heather Lillico is a holistic practitioner, speaker, and mental health advocate. She focuses her work on anxiety and perfectionism, having been overwhelmed by anxiety and depression for most of her adult life. While Heather works in the natural wellness space as a Holistic Nutritionist and Yoga & Meditation Teacher she comes from a strong evidence-based research background with a Master's of Science. She has also previously worked at Canada's largest mental health hospital. By incorporating nutrients to nourish your mind and mindfulness techniques to slow you down, Heather knows it’s possible to get off the hamster wheel of looping thoughts and enjoy the magic of a clear mind.
